Ian's menu included 2 different beer tempuras, salmon cured with 3 different spirits, beef, smoked oyster and mushroom pie and a booze addled rum baba accompanied by some sensational cocktails the form of Gimlet, Bull Shot and Pina Colada all rustled up by The Old Crown proprietor and legendary king of the mix, Alastair Southey!
